• Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluations
  • Developmental Pediatricians
  • Neurologists
  • Psychologists
• Order Request/Referral 
  • ​Signed by an MD, including Diagnoses.
• Letter of Medical Necessity
• Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
  • Required if services are provided in school
